Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate leads, and close business opportunities. If you enjoy building relationships and achieving targets, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage client relationships and understand their staffing needs.
- Present and promote Teamware Solutions’ services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in staffing or IT services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
