The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our digital services through proactive outreach strategies, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingGenerate high-quality leads through systematic research and outreachIdentify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our digital servicesBuild and maintain comprehensive prospect databasesQualify leads based on predetermined criteria and business requirementsCold Outreach ActivitiesConduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clientsExecute strategic cold email campaigns with personalized messagingFollow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpointsSchedule appointments and demos for the Business Development ManagerMarket Research & AnalysisResearch target industries and identify key decision-makersAnalyze competitor activities and market trendsMaintain updated knowledge of our service offerings:Social Media ManagementBranding & Brand StrategyPerformance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social)Ecommerce Website DevelopmentReal Estate Marketing & Lead GenerationSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)Administrative SupportMaintain accurate records in CRM systemsPrepare lead reports and performance metricsSupport the Business Development Manager with administrative tasksCoordinate meeting schedules and follow-up activitiesLearning & DevelopmentParticipate in training sessions on digital marketing servicesLearn sales techniques and lead qualification processesDevelop understanding of client needs and pain pointsGrow knowledge of the digital marketing industryRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldFresh graduates or students in final year are encouraged to applyPrevious internship experience in sales or marketing is a plusSkills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with cold calling and phone-based conversationsStrong research and analytical abilitiesBasic understanding of digital marketing conceptsProficiency in MS Office suite and email platformsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsAbility to handle rejection and maintain persistencePersonal AttributesEnthusiastic and eager to learnGoal-oriented with a results-driven mindsetProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyWhat We OfferCompensation & BenefitsMonthly stipend of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 based on qualifications and performancePerformance-based incentives for exceeding lead generation targetsHands-on experience in digital marketing industryProfessional development and mentoring opportunitiesLearning ExperienceDirect exposure to business development processesTraining on digital marketing services and industry best practicesOpportunity to work with experienced professionalsPotential for full-time employment based on performanceWork EnvironmentFull-time office-based internshipSupportive and collaborative team cultureAccess to modern tools and technologiesRegular feedback and performance reviews
