Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist - Fresher located in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business growth. The role involves lead generation, managing client communications, and supporting the overall sales strategy for the company.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years experience & Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Basic understanding of business development strategies and sales operations
  • Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
  • MBA in Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous internships or coursework related to business development is a plus but not required
