Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, fostering customer relationships, and communicating effectively with potential clients to drive business growth. The role demands active collaboration with multiple teams to strategize and execute plans to expand the organization's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- Proven Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in the wellness or health industry is advantageous.
