Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and disciplined Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in client outreach, lead generation, and sales coordination. The role requires consistent follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to work with prospects in a structured, traditional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Generated new leads through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn activity, and market research.
  • Engaged with prospective clients to understand requirements and positioned company services clearly.
  • Built and maintained an active pipeline of prospects and documented all interactions.
  • Prepared proposals, quotes, and follow-up communication for interested clients.
  • Coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate information sharing and timely support.
  • Tracked weekly metrics and reported progress without delays.
  • Supported client meetings, scheduling, and basic account management tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of business development, sales coordination, or inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication and a structured approach to reaching targets.
  • Ability to research prospects and engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent daily activity.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (any platform).
  • Graduate degree preferred.
