Job Title: Business Development & Lead Generation Healthcare Staffing (Entry-Level / Internship)
Location: Work from Home / Bangalore preferred (Open to candidates across India)
About Us:
We are a growing healthcare staffing company placing medical professionals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities in the US market. We are seeking motivated freshers or recent graduates who want to start a career in business development and lead generation for international healthcare staffing.
Role Type:
- Internship / Entry-Level Full-Time
- Recent graduates, final-year students, or career starters encouraged to apply.

(Other related majors welcome — training will be provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals in the US market for staffing opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone (US time zones).
- Maintain and update CRM with client contact details and activity.
- Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with prospective US clients.
- Assist in building a database of healthcare contacts and leads.
- Support the BD team with proposals and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in one of the preferred majors.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable making international calls and writing professional emails.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
