Job Title:

Senior Business Solutions Developer

As a Senior Business Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of software solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

This role requires experience in configuring and documenting system requirements, as well as a deep understanding of insurance domain knowledge and technical skills to implement complex business features and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with P&C Insurance domain, implementing various business features and transactions: Policy Administration, Rating, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance of various General insurance products.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met, and provide estimates for activities, informing criticality, impact, risks, and priority.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing detailed walkthroughs of system requirements, closely working with technical associates on project development activities, reviewing test cases, and assisting in closing QA cycle.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and document system requirements for OpenBox and Genius systems
  • Develop and implement complex business features and transactions, including policy administration, rating, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and estimates are provided for activities
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs of system requirements and assist in closing QA cycle

Requirements:

  • Experience in P&C Insurance domain and Lloyd's Products in the London market
  • Knowledge of insurance industry trends and technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
