Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the utility, sub-metering, and property management sectors.
Main Responsibilities- Generate Leads and Identify Opportunities: Prospect and generate leads within the utility, sub-metering, and property management sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial properties).
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Sales Negotiations: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the utility, sub-metering, or property management industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating sales terms and conditions to achieve profitable outcomes.
