About the Role:

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions. Your expertise will help drive business growth while advancing your career in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' financial situations, cash flow, and repayment capabilities to determine the feasibility of lending options.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' financial situations and provide personalized lending solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in lending and related financial products.
  • Offer Development: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals outlining terms, conditions, rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in price negotiations, address objections, and work towards closing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan origination process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong Financial Understanding: Excellent grasp of financial concepts, including cash flow analysis, credit evaluation, and repayment structures.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify client needs, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Relationship Management: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working within CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
