Job Title: Manager of Sales Operations

About the Role: Knowbiliti is seeking a seasoned sales manager to oversee our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales life-cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and contract closure.
  • Develop new and potential merchants, handle existing merchants, and retain them as clients.
  • Effectively communicate with confidence with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Aquire knowledge of prospects and their products.
  • Conduct wide and deep research on their business to be well-prepared for client meetings.
  • Build a network through client references for developing business.
  • Prepare client and market mapping reports for your business segment.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase.
  • Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecasts.
  • Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from clients.
  • The candidate must keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence.
  • Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators and set up improvements to reach best results.
  • Understand the market and produce USPs of in-house products that are developed.
  • Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit made to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Candidates from Fintech/Software Billing Solutions/Product Industry preferred having min 3-10 years of experience in fintech preferably in online payments.
  • Knowledge of sales & understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
  • A professional with good communication skills and ambition to grow in life.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
