About the Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in our customer onboarding process and be the first point of contact for implementation. This position requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving customer problems.

Qualifications & Skills
  1. Experience: 2-3 years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in Marketing Automation Domain.
  2. Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague.
  3. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating the next steps.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.
  5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
  6. Adaptability: Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers.
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Knowledge of a CDP or similar tool dealing on the basis of marketing technology.
  2. Existing knowledge or work experience on various retention communication channels.
  3. Idea of a working of the CRM tool would be better and handhold clients through walkthrough on the panel during the initial phase.
  4. Maintains strong communication skills both one to one and one to many.
  5. Follows strict timeline on completion of projects by the due date.
  6. Provide valuable insights from generic as well as market-based study to the D2C and E-commerce based clients with personal brainstorming highly recommended.
  7. A knowledge on GenAI is also preferable for better engagement.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
