Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join Infobip as a Customer Growth Strategist, playing a crucial role in driving business growth for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to achieve overall customer health and growth, including regular meetings and strategy sharing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their business and technical expectations, coordinating different teams to best serve them.
  • Understand client structure and processes around choosing and implementing new solutions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, ensuring overall business growth for assigned clients, focusing on gross profit, margin percentage, and cross-sells.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team for existing and future SaaS business.
  • In cooperation with TAA, ensure clients' accounts are properly set up, collaborating with Platform Operations teams for setup arrangements.
  • In cooperation with Revenue Assurance, monitor and minimize health risks, actively involving financial collections and netting.
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking immediate actions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue.
Internal Initiatives:
  • Act as a power user, improving Infobip's internal tools for account setup, traffic monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate internal teams to timely fulfill client requirements, including Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, Technical Account Administration, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, and Revenue Assurance.
  • Update activities regarding client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools.
  • Influence Infobip's ever-evolving end-to-end customer experience by grasping and promoting client perspectives to internal stakeholders.
Continuous Development:
  • Promote team spirit and critical thinking.
  • Help mentor and onboard other team members and newcomers.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Infobip products, platform, and relevant markets.
  • Hold an excellent understanding of clients' businesses and ways they use Infobip.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
About Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
