Your Role:
As our Customer Retention Marketing Strategist, you will develop full-funnel retention strategies to drive conversions, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer retention across multiple channels. You will manage multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Webengage, Clevertap, Klaviyo, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement full-funnel retention strategies to boost customer lifetime value, conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
- Utilise data to generate incremental revenue through personalised messaging.
- Create and automate customer journeys leveraging segmentation models such as RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to craft targeted retention campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Work with internal teams to set growth, engagement, and retention targets for each product.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in retention marketing with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and full-funnel strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimise campaigns and improve key metrics.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
