Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Growth and Retention Strategist to join our team at DMI Finance Private Limited. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies and customer-centric approaches.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth and retention strategies that accelerate revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive X-Sell/Up-Sell of financial products, collaborate with the Brand team to create impactful marketing campaigns, craft compelling product messaging, and leverage market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Monetization & P&L Management: Manage P&L as part of the Annual Operating Plan, identify levers/initiatives to grow categories within target P&L, manage marketing budget across channels, and ensure blended CAC is within target range.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Maximize customer lifetime value by managing the lifecycle, increasing retention, and reducing churn, monitor funnel metrics, and implement growth hacks to optimize user experience and content.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Understand marketing and consumer behavior, deploy successful marketing campaigns, and take ownership of implementation, tracking, and analytics, work on integrating journeys with campaign platform, develop and deploy simple, medium, complex, multi-wave, cross-channel, real-time personalized marketing communications, and customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
- Design of Experiment based Campaigns & Tracking: Solve growth marketing problems (whom to target, how to target, and when to target) to optimize CAC, develop channel mix, testing strategy, plan creative concepts, themes, and price promotions for each campaign, manage and optimize campaigns to deliver maximum ROI, and monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Interact with cross-functional teams to drive growth agenda, ensure correct implementation of growth hacks, lead discussions with external stakeholders/channel partners during engagement calls, and qualify candidates based on skills and qualifications.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of post-MBA or 4-6 years of post UG work experience in management consulting, consumer strategy, online consumer business, fintech, or consumer-facing product roles.
- Knowledge of tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Adobe, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- First-principles thinking, hypothesis building, learnings from past experiments, and designing new solutions.
- P&L thought process, trade-offs, impact of decisions on different line items, and growth hacking experience.
- SQL, Advanced Excel, R/Python skills, and ability to manage information security expectations.
