Job Description

As Chief Customer Engagement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and loyalty through innovative CRM campaigns at Industrybuying. This dynamic position demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance customer experiences across sales funnel phases and post-purchase interactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and ensure seamless customer journey optimization.
  • Analyze key CRM metrics, such as retention rates, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize loyalty programs using A/B testing to continuously enhance campaign quality and engagement.
  • Cultivate customer feedback to shape and refine CRM strategies for improved customer retention and loyalty.
  • Create and manage events within CleverTap to support targeted and personalized campaign execution.
  • Develop and automate customer journeys across channels for efficient campaign delivery.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with data privacy standards to safeguard customer information.
  • Report on CRM performance via dashboards, utilizing insights to adapt and innovate CRM approaches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve CRM and retention strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, tools, and best practices in CRM and retention strategies.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
