About Us: DMI Finance Private Limited is a leading financial institution, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Strategist - Digital Transformation Lead.
Salary: ₹ 25,00,000 - ₹ 35,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Growth Marketing Strategy & ExecutionWe're seeking a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive X-Sell/Up-Sell of various financial products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create persuasive marketing campaigns that align with our brand positioning and objectives.
- Craft clear and compelling product messaging and positioning for our products/services, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels.
- Leverage market research and customer insights to identify target audience needs, preferences, and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Drive retention strategies, including maximizing customer lifetime value by managing the customer lifecycle and increasing retention.
- Monitor funnel metrics and implement growth hacks through optimizing user experience, content, messaging, and communication optimization to reduce leakages in the funnel.
You'll be accountable for P&L management as part of our Annual Operating Plan, identifying levers/initiatives to grow categories within target P&L. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing budgets across channels, ensuring blended CAC is within target ranges, and driving higher DAU, MAU, and reducing Churn.
Customer Lifecycle ManagementYour expertise in customer lifecycle management will help us maximize customer lifetime value by managing the customer lifecycle and increasing retention. You'll work on increasing the X-Sell ratio for both credit and fee products, monitoring funnel metrics, and implementing growth hacks.
End to End Campaign ManagementAs a seasoned marketer, you'll own end-to-end campaign management, from understanding marketing and consumer behavior to deploying successful marketing campaigns. You'll take ownership of implementation, tracking, and analytics, working closely with internal teams to integrate journeys with the campaign platform.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of post-MBA or 4-6 years of post UG work experience in management consulting, consumer strategy, online consumer business, fintech, or a bank/NBFC/category management/consumer-facing product in consumer tech companies.
- Knowledge of tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Adobe, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.
- First-principles thinking, building hypotheses of factors influencing target metrics, learnings from past successful/failed experiments, and designing new solutions.
- P&L thought process, trade-offs, and impact of various decisions on different line items of the P&L.
- Strong experience in growth hacking, customer lifecycle management, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of campaign process end-to-end and frontend analytics.
- Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders across functions and positions.
Skills: SQL, Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, R/Python (good to have)
