We offer an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.

Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Strategist, you will develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive user engagement, conversions, and sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, customer retention, and product promotions.
  • Designing and implementing email marketing strategies to drive user engagement, conversions, and sales.
  • Creating engaging, high-quality email content, including subject lines, email copy, and visuals that resonate with different audience segments.
  • Managing the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product updates.
  • Segmenting email lists based on behavioral data, user engagement, and other relevant criteria to personalize messaging and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilizing A/B testing to continuously optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
  • Monitoring email campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Staying updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • Implementing marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of executing successful email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and marketing automation tools.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer journeys.
