Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist for Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Products at American Express, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer calls and faxes for prepaid products, providing timely and accurate support to resolve queries and issues.
  • Handle claims for lost or stolen Traveler's Cheques and unable to cash cases with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Process refund requests, overspend, and excessive balance cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to customer escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • A Graduate with 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing calling profile.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment, maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, with excellent listening and decision-making skills.
