Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at ARYAN HR SOLUTIONS. As a Sales and Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  2. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  3. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  4. Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  5. Review team performance and ensure corrective actions are taken on customer complaints.
  6. Participate in business development activities, such as advertising, social media, exhibitions, and seminars.
  7. Identify improvement areas in business development and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for teams.
  8. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  9. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  10. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  11. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  12. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  13. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  14. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  15. Check and finalize the pricing of products for negotiation with customers, terms, and conditions.
  16. Take action on customer feedback and identify improvement areas and appreciate team on good feedback.
  17. Check the final result of corrective actions.
  18. Take reports on proper maintenance and preservation of system-related documents and records.
  19. Coordinate for internal audits.
  20. Coordinate for MRM and provide required data.
  21. Understanding and share new client requirements and communicate to sales teams and warehouse teams.
  22. Computer knowledge: MS office - specially MS Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point Presentation & ERP.
  23. Skills: Good communication skills, able to work under deadlines and pressure, passionate to accept challenges, good in closing sales, need to travel (compulsory).


Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • BSc. Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engg./Textile Engg.
  • Up to 40 years of age.
  • Male.


Salary:

Up to 10 Lac P.A + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company's standard rules and regulations.
