Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at ARYAN HR SOLUTIONS. As a Sales and Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Review team performance and ensure corrective actions are taken on customer complaints.
- Participate in business development activities, such as advertising, social media, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Identify improvement areas in business development and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for teams.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Check and finalize the pricing of products for negotiation with customers, terms, and conditions.
- Take action on customer feedback and identify improvement areas and appreciate team on good feedback.
- Check the final result of corrective actions.
- Take reports on proper maintenance and preservation of system-related documents and records.
- Coordinate for internal audits.
- Coordinate for MRM and provide required data.
- Understanding and share new client requirements and communicate to sales teams and warehouse teams.
- Computer knowledge: MS office - specially MS Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point Presentation & ERP.
- Skills: Good communication skills, able to work under deadlines and pressure, passionate to accept challenges, good in closing sales, need to travel (compulsory).
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- BSc. Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engg./Textile Engg.
- Up to 40 years of age.
- Male.
Salary:
Up to 10 Lac P.A + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company's standard rules and regulations.
