
Area Business Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead business acquisition and growth by identifying and securing new corporate partnerships for salary account tie-ups. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers, managing client relationships to ensure exceptional service standards, and ensuring all operations adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and acquire new corporates for salary account tie-ups. Drive the penetration and onboarding of employees under existing corporate tie-ups and meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporates, including HR heads, finance teams, and decision-makers. Ensure high service standards and effective query resolution for both corporates and their employees.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives. Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching to improve productivity.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Provide timely reports and business updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and growth, specifically in corporate partnerships.
- Strong skills in client engagement and relationship management.
- Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a sales team.
- Excellent understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
