The role of a Business Development Associate involves driving market growth, product development, and customer acquisition through strategic initiatives and synergies.
To achieve this, the individual will focus on exploring opportunities within the organization and with external stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- This role will concentrate on tracking and managing leads generated from multiple sources, maintaining a comprehensive lead management system, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of all lead interactions.
Funnel Management & Digital Campaigns
- Lead Tracking and Management: The ideal candidate will track and manage leads across various channels, including digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies to enhance lead quality and quantity.
- Channel Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance across all lead generation channels, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and improve lead conversion.
- Funnel Management: The successful candidate will manage the entire sales funnel, from lead qualification to follow-up, ensuring seamless lead progression and minimizing missed opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze lead data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization, preparing regular reports summarizing lead generation performance and conversion rates.
- Campaign Management: Develop campaign strategies, work with marketing teams to execute campaigns, and monitor performance closely, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- MBA from a reputable institution.
- Knowledge of international markets and cross-border transactions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, Analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing digital acquisitions.
