
Senior Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned client acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition- Increase Acquisition of Target Clientele: Periodically assist in conducting approved local-level sales drives (micro-events) for the acquisition of target clientele across Advantage Banking segments.
- New Account Acquisitions: Acquire new accounts from group companies/family of existing customers and referrals from existing customers.
- Consistent Growth: Ensure consistent growth of the Advantage Banking portfolio by working closely with the Advantage Banking team to establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers along with deepening into the book.
- Risk Management & Governance: Implement customer contact programs to ensure their share of wallet with the bank increases, and ensure smooth transition of customer management to respective Relationship Managers post-acquisition.
- Momentum Scaling: Build a robust momentum regarding third-party distribution (insurance, auto loans, mortgages) and fee income to scale up the client portfolio growth, in line with set targets.
- Service Delivery: Ensure top-class service delivery to clients, monitoring high net worth accounts closely to ensure continued regular use of the account and growth of balances.
- Suspicious Transaction Reporting: Provide regular feedback on changing customer needs to the Senior Sales Manager and report any suspicious transactions immediately.
