Job Role:
- He shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the sales operations to attain accelerated growth of new client acquisition in line with established processes.
- Actively driving sale target achievement, managing sales support functions and ensuring timely work completion for customers.
- Identifying opportunities and problem areas, preparing action plans to achieve key objectives.
- Actively driving sale targets and promotions schemes.
- Ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements, conducting performance reviews for his/her team on a regular basis.

- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
