
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales and manage the distribution network for our financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to generate business leads.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales management within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
