Our client has undertaken an aggressive expansion of its brand of retail chain. To achieve the business goals, our client seeks incumbents for Property Acquisition at various levels across various locations in the country.Job description
- Incumbents will be responsible for
- Identification of properties across the high streets and malls in the areas assigned as per the brand footprints.
- Conducting adequate market research about the catchment area and footfalls
- Creating a business case for property acquisition
- Approaching landlord and understanding the present situation of property
- Getting documents weighted through legal team
- Negotiation with landlord
- Property audit
- Finalizing the property
- Documentation to finalize
- Ensure legal, tax and documentation compliance as per government norms. Salary will be commensurating with the experience

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
