Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the recruitment process.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Leading employer branding initiatives to enhance our company image

The selected candidate will oversee the full recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This includes screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, they will negotiate job offers and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Administrative Support

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating candidate information. They will also manage interview schedules, coordinate candidate communications, and track hiring metrics. Furthermore, they will prepare and distribute job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Other Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will attend job fairs and career events, stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.

Factory Administration

This role involves overseeing all administrative tasks for the factory, including general HR and administration responsibilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing petty cash expenses, keeping track of utility bill payments, and ensuring discipline on the shop floor and factory premises. They will monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff, and prepare various HR reports as required.
