Job Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a wide range of recruiting and selection activities across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate a team of skilled recruiters to drive business results through effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes for leadership, mid-management, and junior-level hiring.
  • Ensure consistency in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support ongoing hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
  • Source qualified candidates by identifying effective channels and partnering with external vendors when necessary.
  • Build a robust talent pool and market intelligence mechanism to support business requirements.
  • Drive digitalization of the talent acquisition process and develop metrics to measure and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide the team on key priorities and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition or a similar function, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, as well as proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, with excellent written and spoken English language skills.
