Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our global talent acquisition efforts. This is a senior role that requires strong experience in talent acquisition and the ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve recruitment goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, preferably in a similar role or function
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunities and diversity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
