IT Support Professional

We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch assistance to our global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage support queues to ensure prompt responses and SLA compliance for Level 1 issues.
  • Analyze and resolve desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and peripherals-related problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.

About the Role
