Pre-Sales Cloud Solutions Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing private cloud solutions, with excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively scoping technical solutions, assessing customer met and unmet needs, and recommending optimum solutions. They will also take a consultative sell approach to ensure client needs are accurately met, liaise with Solution managers and Development teams to understand product direction and design, and communicate information back to sales teams.
In addition, they will ensure that pre-sales resources evolve in line with sales teams stated requirements, attend scheduled client meetings, and act as a project manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer expectations and initial proposals. They will also present effective and professional presentations on products and services, ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and seminars.
