Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Expert to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales engineering, with experience working on software or analytics products. Key skills include proficiency in OLAP tools, data engineering, and BI tools such as Tableau or Micro strategy.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer interactions involved in the evaluation process
  • Providing product demonstrations to qualified leads and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Securing alignment on processes and documents with customers/prospects
  • Understanding customer domains and database schemas
  • Resolving environment or OLAP cube/reporting-related issues with customers
  • Coordinating with solutioning teams for the execution of Proof-of-Concepts as per success plans
  • Creating enhancement requests or identifying requests for new features on behalf of customers/hot prospects
