About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team at Devam Pacific Private Limited.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. They will be comfortable making cold calls and have a strong ability to articulate detailed concepts verbally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new leads as per the ideal customer profile
  • Outreach to prospects via various methods, including phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify prospects using targeted and relevant questions
  • Engage with qualified prospects and provide demos of the mobile application and web portal
  • Send techno-commercial proposals to interested prospects
  • Regularly follow up with qualified leads and demos with the goal of conversion
  • Hand over the client relation to the digiQC Customer Success team for training and onboarding once finalised
  • Update CRM on a daily basis without any gaps and provide reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with digiQC product features, benefits, and case studies
  • Continuously improve the sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role
  • CTC: INR 4,50,000 yearly + Sales Incentives
  • Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
  • Timings: Monday to Friday, 9.30 - 6.30
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate detailed concepts verbally
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet revenue targets
