Senior Sales Development Manager

Oizom is a leading provider of innovative environmental monitoring solutions. As a pioneering company in the industry, we are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Oizom partners and customers across India. This role requires developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading nationwide partner sales teams, and establishing strong relationships with key personnel.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement eective sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and empower partner sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Customer Relationships: Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned customer accounts, identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements.
- Research and Development: Conduct research to identify new potential partners, customers, and markets, providing timely and eective solutions aligned with client needs.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Hold a degree in engineering or possess knowledge and zeal to learn about IoT & Air Chemistry.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within a team, with business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate the ability to independently achieve goals and proactively manage partner relationships.
Rupee 8,00,000 - Rupee 12,00,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
