Job Description
The Sales Development Manager Hospitality plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for Formics. This dynamic individual will be responsible for attracting guests and increasing bookings by promoting our resort's amenities and services. They will maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand our client base.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service and regular communication.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials to drive sales.
  6. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients to showcase our resort's offerings.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial deals.
  8. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Industry Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Formics and generate leads.
  10. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Required Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Sales Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and techniques with a track record of closing deals.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  7. CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  8. Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure profitable agreements.
  9. Market Research: Solid understanding of market research and data analysis.
  10. Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional results.
