Business Development Executive

HOPS HEALTHCARE is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in the hospital channel.

Salary:The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospital channel.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS IN THE TARGET INDUSTRIES.
- Develop and maintain accurate market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
