The Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new customers, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales or inside sales/sales development representative role, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • You possess a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
