We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Gopani Product Systems Pvt Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of sales professionals, actively participating in new business development, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team, driving collective performance, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting to drive revenue growth and support our sales pipeline.

About the Role:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales professionals.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and collective sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Research:
  • Identify potential leads through research and the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other prospecting tools.
  • Develop and maintain a list of target companies and key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years of prior work experience in the B2B segment of the business, worked on the sales of products like (pipe, valves, filters, pumps, pharmaceuticals equipment, or chemical products).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, Diploma or Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, or a related field can be considered.
  • Previous experience in sales, cold callings, lead generation is must.
  • Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and market expansion.
