Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Regency Lucknow. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the continental kitchen, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the continental kitchen as a successful independent profit center
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control kitchen operations and administration
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through excellent food quality and service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant
  • Good standards and preferably experience in luxury international brands
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred
