As the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, the Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring all outlets and banquets operate successfully, meeting the hotel's standard and profitability requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation.
- An apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production is preferred.
- Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills with a flair for creativity are essential.
