Executive Culinary Manager

Hyatt Regency Lucknow seeks a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional leader who can assist in managing the kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
About You- You have a minimum of 2 years' work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
- You hold a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management, which is an advantage.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards, essential for this role.
- You possess basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System, preferred but not necessary.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range. The estimated annual salary is approximately ₹ 1,350,000 - ₹ 1,800,000 based on the national average salary range for this position in India.
