Business Expansion Manager

The role of Business Expansion Manager is pivotal in the growth strategy of a leading company.

This position requires an individual who can identify potential areas for expansion, strategize and implement plans to achieve targets.

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations or sales is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred) is essential.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Willingsness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Identification & Strategy

Collaborate with regional teams to identify high-potential cities for expansion.

Conduct detailed market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities.

Team Management & Collaboration

Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze and call leads from potential areas.

Provide guidance, training and support to ensure alignment with selection criteria.

Lead Generation & Meetings

Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with standards.

Oversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.

Area Visits & Prospect Engagement

Plan and execute weekly visits to potential areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.

Pitch the expansion model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.

Expansion Conversion & Onboarding

Facilitate the onboarding process by converting right profiles into operational franchises.

Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational within set timelines.

Performance Management

Achieve expansion targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.

Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in expansion conversion.
