Senior Sales Director

AbleCredit is a pioneering AI company revolutionizing the lending landscape. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to spearhead our lending solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Salary: INR 25L to INR 40L per annum

What You Will Do:
- Boost credit decision speed by 10-20X for Banks and NBFCs using AbleCredit's cutting-edge AI technology.
- Understand client credit workflows and identify areas where AI can significantly enhance their revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Bulk strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, unlocking new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet each client's unique requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits and competitive advantages of our lending products.
- Champion successful deal negotiation, closing deals that yield win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting the lending landscape.
You Should Have:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Sales leader, primarily in selling to Micro NBFCs or Banks.
- Proven track record in selling SAAS products to Banks/NBFCs is essential.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- An aspiring and ambitious candidate aiming to build a CRO career.
