We are looking for a highly motivated Business Manager - Network Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in expanding and optimizing our dealer network, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our electric two-wheeler brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the dealer network, including identifying new dealership opportunities and assessing market potential.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate dealership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with dealership agreements, standards, and brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and customer experience consistency.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or dealer network development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

Estimated salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD). Bonus structure and other benefits available upon discussion.
