Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Expansion and Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our learning programs, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires high energy, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate and qualify leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into satisfied customers.

Program Promotion & Sales Execution:
Promote and sell our educational programs, focusing on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children. Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to both parents and decision-makers.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly targets, ensuring a steady flow of new enrollments in our programs. Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve sales performance.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include competitive growth opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and contributions to shaping the future of education.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in handling educational programs for children aged 4-15.
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's and a keen interest in the EdTech space.
