Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Expansion Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing special projects and programs under the guidance of the Head of Initiatives, driving high-priority initiatives and projects, and creating playbooks across various verticals to achieve growth and process efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Work under the Head of Initiatives to drive high-priority Programs/Projects
- Be the 0 to 1 champion, bringing structure to ambiguity by creating playbooks across verticals leading to both growth and process efficiencies
- Manage external stakeholder relationships as part of an individual contributor role
The ideal candidate for this role has:
A strong profile in core operations and strategy, with experience working in high-growth program management rolesA solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingExcitement to work with a start-up, eager to create wealth creation opportunities in the long runBenefits and CompensationThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of 20-22 LPA, with a potential hike of up to 30%.
