Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development & Strategic Partnerships:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partners and analyze industry trends.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnership acquisition.
    • Establish relationships with key decision-makers within target companies and organizations.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of partnerships.
  • Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
    • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams within the blue-collar workforce solutions market.
    • Proactively identify and qualify new client prospects, aligning their needs with company offerings.
    • Partner with the Sales team to close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in recruitment and staffing industry
    Thorough understanding of B2B post-sales process and sales environment
    Able to acquire ample amount of human capital during career
    Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing industry
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary Range: ₹50 lakhs - ₹75 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
