  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
