ResoPro Training Services seeks an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Noida, India. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via phone regarding account-related concerns and banking transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Document interactions and transactions accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software applications.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
