Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our payment solutions team at TERiX Computer Service. The successful candidate will oversee the entire operational/payment process for customer accounts, ensuring timely activation of contracts, efficient management of Pre-AMC, and effective escalation handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of new customer setup and contract activation
  • Management of Pre-AMC and escalation handling
  • Daily review of tickets and process management
  • Report generation and weekly calls with customers
  • All payment management from customers

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record in operations management.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
