Customer Service Representative for Leading MNC

At 2coms, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Noida. This role involves interacting with customers from North America, Canada, and the UK, providing top-notch support and resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone calls
- Analyze and process transactions accurately and on time
- Document all completed transactions daily
- Contribute to collecting metrics on processes
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions, and concerns promptly
Requirements
For this position, you will need:
- A minimum qualification of Graduate in any discipline
- 1-5 years of work experience in Voice, preferably in finance
- Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule
- Strong analytical ability and logical approach towards problem-solving
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹5,00,000 to ₹5,50,000 per annum (approximately $6,500 - $7,200 USD) depending on your experience. Additionally, you can enjoy benefits such as PF/Medical coverage and opportunities for internal promotion.
