Job Title: Business Partner Advocate
">- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Expertise:
- Becoming an expert on our partner programme, understanding its structure, benefits, and requirements.
- Educating partners on the programme's nuances and ensuring they are aware of their obligations.
- Providing guidance on how to navigate our partner portal and leveraging Salesforce (CRM) effectively.
Partner Portal Navigation:
- Assisting partners in navigating our partner portal and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
- Troubleshooting portal-related problems and escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Offering general account management support to partners, including assistance with commissions, contracts, and account provisioning.
Responsiveness:
- Responding promptly and accurately to partner inquiries and requests.
- Engaging with partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitating responses from internal teams on partner requests and inquiries.
- Identifying and resolving critical or blocking issues that impact partner success.
Communication:
- Project managing partner-related tickets and requests routed to internal teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Facilitating communication between partners and internal teams to address partner inquiries.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Creating reports and insights on partner feedback and requirements.
- Providing updates to internal teams.
Training and Support:
- Developing training materials and resources to support partners.
- Offering ongoing support to partners as they navigate compliance-related challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology or software companies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and issue tracking applications.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Jira.
